DAVID W. TURPIN, CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

A financial and general management executive with years of experience in directing investment in business, funding and capitalizing small and large business initiatives in public and private situations, David understands commerce in both large and small firms.

He is a highly accomplished top financial officer, corporate executive and business advisor with broad-based expertise in the effective evaluation and presentation of fiscal initiatives. David has served as a corporate and international banker and manager in the U.S. and Europe with two banks, the Treasurer of a multi-line Fortune 500 corporation, the CFO of the corporation’s national scope real estate development subsidiary – now a publicly traded company – and the CEO of a turnaround operation controlled by the corporation. He also has been a board member of a private investment bank, a specialty insurance company and a savings bank. In addition, David has turned around out of bankruptcy a restaurant and catering company and advised a range of businesses including engineering service firms, a privately held national scope retail medical equipment company, a water processing operation, a restaurant and hospitality operation and a large family-owned real estate company.

David received his BBA from Texas A&M University and his M.Sc. from the London Business School at the University of London. Among his many for-profit and non-profit board level experiences are being a current or past member, officer or Chairman of Association for Corporate Growth – Dallas, Communities in Schools of Central Texas, National Association of Corporate Treasures, the Paramount Theatre for the Performing Arts, Ronald McDonald House and The Salvation Army, Austin Area Command.
